This is a standard UK landline number, so if you have free calls to landlines, should be a free call

You don't need to use the PIN if you call from the mobile phone you topped up. However you can access your DialAbroad credit from any other mobile or landline by dialling the access number and entering the PIN (which means that friends and family can use the same credit).
