“Official” copies of your call history

We know how important DialAbroad is to many of our customers for making cheap international calls to friends and family overseas. Sometimes we are contacted by customers who need their international calling records sent to them by us “officially” for one reason or another; typically in relation to a visa application for themselves or a loved one overseas.

We are, of course, very happy to provide these records, but we do need some information before we can release them. We take the security of our customers’ calling records very seriously, and ask for the information not to be annoying, but because we need to confirm your identity and make sure records only go to you.

Additional contact info required to release call history

To request your official call history, please email us at enquiries@dialabroad.com

When requesting your official call history from us, please include the following information in your email:

  • Full name
  • Postal address
  • Mobile number and DialAbroad PIN
  • Dates for which you need your calling records
  • A copy of your photographic ID (a scan of either your passport or a photo driving licence)
  • A copy of a utility bill showing your full name, postal address and being no more than 3 months old

What happens next?

Once we have received all the information above, we will confirm receipt and then retrieve your call records. On occasion we may ask for additional information or for documents to be provided by post, but we will at all times keep the checks to a minimum.  Retrieving your call records can take a little time, especially if you have requested records going back more than a few months, so please be patient and we will get your request processed as quickly as possible.

Any questions?

As usual, please contact us through the contact us pages for any help.
